Go to www.PostonCM.com and select “Owner Login” on the homepage. On the Poston Community Management, website click “REGISTER” at the upper right corner of this window. Input your property information into the form. Your registration request will be reviewed by Poston Community Management for verification. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to set your password for your new Login ID.
Please check your Junk/Spam Mail frequently if you have filters that may prevent this email from reaching your Inbox. Once the email is received, access the email and password link to reset your password as soon as possible, as there is a 5-day expiration from the date of the email. If the 5-day deadline is missed, return to the site and click “Forgot Password” and a new password link will be emailed to you, which will also expire within 5 days. Once you reset your password, you may log in using your email address and new password.
Effective December 30, 2024, there is a charge of $2.99 for one-time eCheck payments and $1.99 for recurring eCheck payments. To pay via Visa, MasterCard, or Discover there is a charge of 3.25% of the payment amount.
If you have an additional property in the community, once approved and registered for your first property, log in to the portal, click on the Account Info dropdown, choose My Profile, and scroll to the bottom to “Register An Additional Property”. Once this additional registration is approved, you will be able to toggle between properties on your My Profile page.
